I found a recipe for making your own cake flour the other day and thought I would share it. I work in a kitchen and like most kitchens we are on a tight budget. We are always on the lookout for ways to save and stretch things. I found the following recipe for Cake Flour on an Argo starch box.
Make Your Own Cake Flour
For one cup of cake flour--Add 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch to 3/4 Cup of all purpose flour. Mix well. Use as needed.
This is really easy and will save you a little money.
